Seagate is releasing three new external hard drives in time to celebrate Star Wars Day. All three new art designs feature character art from Boba Fett, Grogu, and The Mandalorian. The new discs join Seagate’s line of special edition discs, which also includes 2021’s Star Wars Beskar Ingot themed discs.

“We’re thrilled to announce the latest release in our ongoing collaboration with Lucasfilm, bringing three new iconic designs to Star Wars gamers and fans,” said Seagate’s Jeff Fochtman. “From design to disc functionality, this release brings strength to Star Wars enthusiast battle stations.”

The new drives feature customizable RGB LED lighting. Assuming you don’t want to change things, each player is programmed with lighting corresponding to the featured character. The Boba Fett player comes pre-programmed with bright red, while the others default to shades of blue.

The drives themselves have 2TB of storage space and work with PC, Mac, Xbox and Playstation. They are designed to use USB 3.2 for universal compatibility and fast data transfer. The trio of storage devices are available for purchase starting May 4, priced at $109.99 USD.

They also come with a five-year limited warranty and three years of data recovery services, which is ideal for external drives. I don’t know anyone else, but I have a bad habit of accidentally dropping them.
