Aside from the toilet paper rush last year, how many times have you gone to the grocery store and seen empty shelves? It never happens.

No matter where you are on this food spectrum, the only thing we know for sure is that we should be one of the healthiest countries in the world. But we are not. As a rich first world country, we have an abundance of food, but a large majority of the population is nutritionally starving. One wonders how this can happen. It all comes down to choice.

Many diseases such as cancer, heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, digestive problems and leaky gut are now called lifestyle diseases. . Why? Because the lifestyle chosen by the individual, over time, caused the onset of the disease.

So it would make sense that if our choices could lead to a negative outcome, it seems reasonable that they could also lead to a positive response. And there is the science to back it up.
