Acting United States Attorney Clint Johnson today announced the results of Federal Grand Jury A.

The following individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in Grand Jury indictments. Return of an indictment is a method of informing an accused of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in court beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome the presumption of innocence of accused.

Tobie Briggs. Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; Possession of firearms as part of a drug trafficking crime. Briggs, 26, of Tulsa, is charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of firearms to prosecute his crime of drug trafficking. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. Assistant US Attorney Adam C. Bailey is pursuing the case. 21-CR-453

Ronald Alvin Conn Jr. Aggression resulting in serious bodily injury in Indian country; Assault resulting in serious bodily harm to intimate / outgoing partner in Indian country. On January 19, 2021, Conn Jr. assaulted a victim by repeatedly hitting her on the head. He also allegedly grabbed the victim from behind, pulled his hair and cut his forehead. The FBI and the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office are the investigative agencies. Assistant US prosecutors Julie A. Childress and Cymetra M. Williams are continuing the case. 21-CR-454

Luck Eugene Crawford. criminal in possession of a firearm. Crawford, 28, of Talala, is accused of being a criminal in possession of a Glock 9mm pistol and 11 rounds. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office are the investigative agencies. Assistant US Attorney Christopher Kelly is pursuing the case. 21-CR-444

William Troy reviews. Coercion and seduction of a minor; Sexual abuse of a minor in Indian country. Crites, 46, of Colcord, allegedly coerced a minor into sexual activity on August 3, 2021. He is further accused of sexually abusing the minor on August 27, 2021. The FBI and the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service are the investigation agency. Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon A. Skates is pursuing the case. 21-CR-445

Dillon kyle crittenden. Assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to cause bodily harm in Indian country; Carrying, using, brandishing and discharging a firearm during and in connection with a violent crime. Crittenden, 26, of Tulsa, reportedly fired a gun at the victim on September 11, 2021. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Tulsa Police Department are the investigating agencies. US Assistant Prosecutor Nathan E. Michel is pursuing the case. 21-CR-436

Patrick Wayne McHenry. criminal in possession of a firearm and ammunition; Possession of an unregistered weapon made from a shotgun. McHenry, 28, of Muskogee, is accused of being a felon in possession of a 12-gauge Marlin bolt-action weapon made from a shotgun and ammunition. He is further charged with possession of the modified shotgun, which had not been registered in his name in the National Register and Transfer of Firearms. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is the investigative agency. U.S. Assistant Prosecutors John E. Brasher and Mark R. Morgan are continuing the case. 21-CR-455

Dustin Kenneth Oxford. Assault on intimate / outgoing partner by strangulation, suffocation and attempted strangulation and suffocation in Indian country; Assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to cause bodily harm in Indian country; Carry, use, brandish and discharge a firearm during and in connection with a violent crime; Stalking in Indian country; Felon in possession of a gun. Bradley Curtis Scruggins. Assault on an intimate partner / lovers by strangulation and attempted strangulation in an Indian country. Scruggins, 52, of Bartlesville, is accused of assaulting an intimate partner by strangling the victim. The FBI and the Bartlesville Police Department are the investigative agencies. US Assistant Prosecutors Nathan E. Michel and Steven J. Briden are continuing the case. 21-CR-437

Andrew Thomas Stevens. Assault on an intimate / outgoing partner by strangulation and attempted strangulation in an Indian country (counts 1 and 2). Stevens, 21, of Skiatook, is accused of strangling an intimate partner on February 10 and 23, 2021. The FBI and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigating agencies. Assistant US Attorney Cymetra M. Williams is pursuing the case. 21-CR-447

Dustin Kyle Sund. Felon in possession of a gun and ammunition. Sund, 33, of Tulsa, is accused of being a criminal in possession of a Ruger 9mm Luger caliber pistol and associated ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the FBI, and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. US Assistant Prosecutor Thomas E. Buscemi is continuing the case. 21-CR-456

Christian Joshua Wilson. criminal in possession of a firearm (count 1); Felon in possession of ammunition (counts 2,3). Wilson, 21, of Tulsa, is charged with being a criminal in possession of a Springfield .45 caliber pistol. He is further charged with two counts of being a criminal in possession of .45 caliber Sellier and Bellot ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney John E. Brasher is pursuing the case. 21-CR-341

Deundrea O’Brian Woodard. Offender in possession of firearms and ammunition. Woodard, 36, of Tulsa, is accused of being a criminal in possession of a 12-gauge ATA Arms shotgun and associated ammunition. The FBI and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. U.S. Deputy Prosecutor Sandra M. Urban is continuing the case. 21-CR-438
