In the weekend crime reports:

• Tisha Rashel Mowery, 37, of Salisbury, was charged on Saturday by the Salisbury Police Department with threat communication, second degree trespassing and intoxication and disruption. The charges stem from an incident at the Fish Bowl in downtown Salisbury. The owner and a police officer reportedly told Mowery not to stay at the bar. She then launched a number of threats and profane insults against the police officer who had arrested her, according to an arrest warrant.
